Factors that cause the symptoms of Parkinson's vary from person to person. Everyone is different. Some therapies work beautifully for one person but have little effect for another. The trick is to explore all the options and then experiment to see what works best for you.

 

What are the options? One familiar option for treatment involves taking Parkinson's medications under the supervision of your doctor. The faculty at Parkinson's Recovery do not offer recommendations regarding medications. We are not qualified to diagnose or treat Parkinsons and refer all questions about your diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's to your doctor.

 

There are a multitude of effective treatment options that are grounded in natural approaches and therapies. Although the approaches differ, all of them reverse constipation at the cellular level.  Many approaches involve things you can do for yourself.

The goal of the Recovery Intensive is to expose you to the wide variety of treatment modalilities that other people with Parkinson's have found to be beneficial. The content of the Intensive varies from session to session because we always try to incorporate new therapies that have helped others.

 

Recovery Intensives expose you to three days of information covering a wide range of approaches others with Parkinsons have found to be beneficial. More specifically, we focus on a variety of topics, including different ways to:

  • balance your hormones.
  • release trauma and stress.
  • cleanse your body of metals and other toxic substances that are stored in your tissues.

  • eliminate viruses that are hanging out in your cells.

  • identify foods that create allergic reactions in your body.
  • relieve inflammation in your body that is blocking the neural pathways.
  • know what foods and supplements can provide the greatest relief of symptoms.
  • explore the role of amino acids in helping to maintain the delicate balance  of hormones.
  • exercise in way that is right for you
  • avoid exercising in ways that do not work for you.
  • set your intention to heal.
  • track your recovery.

Sessions involve presentations and demonstrations by alternative health care practitioners who are at the cutting edge of their respective fields.
