We treat all personal information we have about you through correspondence or through your participation in our programs to be strictly confidential.

We do occasionally write about stories of recovery or personal challenges in our newsletters and books. Unless otherwise instructed we always use fictitious names.

To begin tracking your symptoms using Symptom Tracker you are encouraged to use an email address, username and password that can never be connected with you. Use a fictitious name. The symptom data you enter into Symptom Tracker are anonymous and confidential and the progress reports are for your personal use only. We can not and do not connect any personal information we might have about you with your symptom tracking information and data. .

We will occasionally do summaries of tracking information that average the trends for all respondents. Reports are summaries for all participants in the Symptom Tracker program. There is no way of identifying results for any individual.
